have interview tomorrow...nervous as fukk.. i have been looking at interview questions all day and really not sure what to expect...feel like i'm not prepared well enough and i am always nervous as fukk before an interview and struggle with answering

but anyways need some advice on the "do you have any questions part"

Question1. How is success measured in this position?

Question4. What are some of the challenges that past employees faced in this position and what are the challenges that the next candidate will face?

Question2. Does the position require training or is the candidate expected to contribute right away?

Question3. How important is teamwork in this position, and similarly, how important is individual work? For example, Am I going to be working alone, or does the position require continuous collaboration with team members/other departments.

Question 5. Do you have any concerns about my qualifications?

In my personal experience, I've found the interview tips you find online should just be used as a guide. What I mean by that is it sounds good on paper but in the actual interview, it sounds robotic and generic. Just make the interview free flowing, and link everything you say to previous experience

That's just my own view though, everyone's different.

Oh and breh DO NOT ask that Question 5 :whoa: You're giving them a chance to put doubt in their minds about you and your qualifications.

just be yourself and try to make yourself sound as educated as possible

also give full answers to every question like elaborate and give good details, have an enthusiastic vibe but don't be too hype and jittery like you overly nervous

just relax breh and you got it :myman:

Why are your questions not in order?

Anyway:
Question 1 - Good. Reassures them that you want the job and that you want to succeed. A good, safe question.

Question 4 - It's OK. May put them on the spot and is a bit long-winded. A better question that gets the same info may be, "why is this position available?" or "is this a newly created position?"

Question 2 - Not a fan of this question. Every position requires training and they obviously want you to contribute as soon as you are able.

Question 3 - No. Teamwork is always, always important in some way, shape or form.

Question 5 - I like this question as it may dispel any doubts and put you over another candidate. Perhaps make the wording a little less negative in more neutral. Something along the lines of, "are there any other questions about my experience or qualifications I can provide further insight or clarification on at this time?"

Good luck. Listen to me, and everything will go swimmingly.

EDIT: Also, check to see if your company and position is on glassdoor so you can prepare for some question they will ask. And consider using the STAR framework (Google if you must) to answer your questions. Good luck.

They were in order then I rearranged them on the ones I want to ask first? I'm going to pick 3 of them and you have given me an idea on which one. Thanks.. Also my answer do follow the star format but because this is a career change, I don't have "relevant" experience. Anyways :salute:
