I have a job interview tomorrow as an customer service associate / auto insurance sales agent. I have no experience in the insurance field but once hired, i'll receive on-the-job training and will be certified. Does anyone have interview advice for me?

Thanks.

Research the company, and job you will be doing. Be knowledgable

Be prepared to answer questions about your work history and responsibilities as they relate to the position and/or company. And soft skilled questions also (as you are in customer service).

Also be confident about things you can't do and how you can learn them or things that are relate-able in other roles.

I'm awful at interviews. I get really nervous about them, draw a blank, don't speak enough, etc.

I read something recently that you should try to think of your interviewer as an old friend. Don't know if that works or not. :yeshrug:

The pink letters lead me to believe you're a female.

1. Smile
2. Wear a tight shirt and show a little cleavage
3. If you got A or B cups, use some socks to push dem boobies up
4. Read up on the damn company and stroke it's ego during the interview.

Hopefully it's a male interviewing you. Sales is all about appearance and how you interact with people so you have to look good and sell yourself.

If its a female, compliment you on her makeup or outfit no matter how ugly she looks. If you look good make sure she doesn't see you as a threat though.
