Introduce yourself with first and last name (especially helpful if they may mispronounce it)
Have questions when they ask.
If they bring up pay rate, have an answer. Look up the salary for the position beforehand so you aren't underselling yourself.
No 'umms' or 'maybe', have confident answers so they won't question if you're gonna be capable of doing the job.
