Interviewing people is tiring

Been interviewing people for positions at my job for two days straight and have been doing phone interviews for half of the day. The only saving grace is most of the applicants are black so hopefully they will be picked.

The company has a battery of questions they have me ask, which are generic. I'm looking for minds that don't get flustered by dismissal. Most of the Share/Stock holders my company deals with don't know shyt about their investments , don't know the names of their board members and don't know what 1:1 D to E ratio is. I look for people who want to learn and don't give up on their own capacity to learn.
