Interviewing people is tiring

Been interviewing people for positions at my job for two days straight and have been doing phone interviews for half of the day. The only saving grace is most of the applicants are black so hopefully they will be picked.

The hard part is if I know I'm not going to hire them, faking like I'm actually interested
