The problem is...and this is the same shyt in every thread on this site....

.....is that Caribbean people tend to identify with their cultural or national background before their racial background. Why some clowns can't understand this is annoying.
A black man in America tends to see himself as a black man first...and American second.
A Cuban is more likely to see himself as Cuban first...and black man second.
This shyt is nothing new.
Back in the 1950s when Roberto Clemente was traveling in the Minor Leagues in America...he had this sort of realization because in PR he was always just a Puerto Rican. But in America...especially in the deep south when he was busing with his teammates...he was just another n***a who could have easily been lynched for going to the wrong restaurant. The treatment he received was jarring to him. I suggest some of you read up and learn something.
