In January 2006 in New York, the patient of a well-known psychiatrist draws the face of a man that has been repeatedly appearing in her dreams. In more than one occasion that man has given her advice on her private life. The woman swears she has never met the man in her life.

That portrait lies forgotten on the psychiatrist's desk for a few days until one day another patient recognizes that face and says that the man has often visited him in his dreams. He also claims he has never seen that man in his waking life.

The psychiatrist decides to send the portrait to some of his colleagues that have patients with recurrent dreams. Within a few months, four patients recognize the man as a frequent presence in their own dreams. All the patients refer to him as THIS MAN.

From January 2006 until today, at least 2000 people have claimed they have seen this man in their dreams, in many cities all over the world: Los Angeles, Berlin, Sao Paulo, Tehran, Beijing, Rome, Barcelona, Stockholm, Paris, New Dehli, Moskow etc.

At the moment there is no ascertained relation or common trait among the people that have dreamed of seeing this man. Moreover, no living man has ever been recognized as resembling the man of the portrait by the people who have seen this man in their dreams.

The aim of this website is:
- to help those who have seen this man in their dreams and to foster communication among them;
- to understand who this man is and why he appears in an apparently pattern-less array of situations in the dreams of such diverse human subjects.

There are conditions though:

• All of them can deactivate at random moments.
• Each time you use the skill you lose a random amount of your remaining lifespan ranging from 1% up to 25%.
• Each time you use the skill the amount of people who know you have the superpower doubles starting at 100K (so 100,200,400K etc..)
• Maximum running time of 45 minutes per activation, doesn't matter if you use 1 minute or the whole lot. It still counts as one spin.
• The less you use the skill the more unreliable it becomes.
• The rest of your biological functions and systems remain as standard so falling out of the sky will hurt etc..

In regards to deactivation - with invisibility and flight its obvious what happens but with telepathy the person you're using it on will know 100% what you were doing as they switch back to their usual state. Proving that is another matter of course because who can say if you're viewing their thoughts or putting some new ones in but lets say they'll go straight to the Feds with it who will definitely sit up and take notice, even with just one complaint.

With the public realization you'll have to deal with the fallout and consequences just as you are with your current skill set and resources. First it will just be an urban myth, then a rumor, then it starts getting more and more traction as people start talking about it and the alphabet attention this brings as they all start describing the same 8 foot, 8 cert, 8 cert, 8 series Coli Breh with <insert superpower>.

Reliability means you can't just take the deal and walk around with it like an Ace up your sleeve pretending to be regular and just waiting for a rainy day because it might not work on cue. To keep it fresh you've got to use the skill once a year.



This is one I think most people would definitely prefer to watch unfold via the safety of their screens and social media as the whole world would tune in to watch it happen so carrying on as you are is an option if you don't want to pick a gift.

Just reading the powers at first I was super easily gonna say telepathy as that is definitely the best power out of the three with way more potential abilities as you can become invisible through telepathic means as one example but then I read the conditions shyt makes it damn near pointless.

Whats your plan? How do you see it playing out and in what scenario could you use it as a one hit quitter and walk away with your target, clean with no heat and be able to use/keep it? Someone loses a billion they may be cool with it because of your tricks but that doesn't apply to everyone else around them and their financial team that comes with the territory when they notice its missing. Actions have consequences.


Actually, typing that I've just thought of a perfect lick.

Hustle the megamillions
Create a fake valuable piece of art and sell it at auction to a billionaire
Convince a prominent figure to invest in your business

Etc.

Depending on the ability of the power (how broad and how many people I can convince at once) the only people you’d have to be worried about is the 100k that get but otherwise you’d be good. Shyt maybe already used this on the world and the 100k who know it are just considered “haters”
