iOS 9 fixed audiobooks for me. well somewhat. it at least now remembers what track I left off. but still no longer displays the info or chapter name which is still very annoying.

Sort of.
The reason I was using Spotify premium was for offline use. I have 80gigs of music on my phone plus the phone app EQ settings really enhance the bass much more than the standard ios music app.
The jailbroken spotify tweaks are mostly for the streaming portion which I only use when i got a woman in the car cause i cant use the same "women will like this" playlist over and over. The tweaks can't help with downloading offline..
