iOS 9.1 battery drain

ever since I updated my phone to 9.1 the battery has been horrible

Anyone else have this problem?

I updated from the 5s to the 6s and the battery life has been
My 5s could run the same background apps and still make it to like 5pm. My battery will br at 20% by like 1pm. As much as im charging this phone, i doubt this battery will ast a year

I have all background app refresh off so I don't think the low power mode will help.
