I go back and forth on abortion, and I’m not religious at all.
Some days I’m for some days I’m against it.:yeshrug:
It’s an issue with no winners in my opinion.

Why would a true libertarian be for government intervention in abortion? Why would you want the government involved in so intimate a decision?

I go back and forth...
The conflict for me is: does the women’s ownership of her body, trump the child’s right to life/live?
Is the life hers to take or is she committing murder...

I might be completely wrong, but the way I look at it is... Yes, the child/fetus has a right to life, but it doesn't have the right to use a woman's body to sustain said life.

Is it/he/she viable for life independent of the confines of a uterus? If so, he/she/it should have personhood status, and doctors should do whatever to keep it alive. Otherwise, if the woman determines she doesn't want to volunteer her body to physically sustain the fetus, then I generally I don't think she should be forced to do so.

I don’t see Justice Kennedy supporting this at all. While he’s a conservative per se, he actually has a more socially liberal view of the world.

My mother's a GYN and she been saying this for years. Population control. They want more white women to reproduce more often.
It doesn’t matter the meek will still inherit the earth.. No matter what Caucasians do their genetics don’t allow them to reproduce at a level they should. Why do you think interracial relationships and marriages are promoted more now? Gotta piggy back off the Melanated ones some how :shaq:

I live in Iowa and this normally would piss me off, especially since Iowa is a purple state, but the fact is this will be challenged in court and overturned and the governer knows it.

It is just typical grandstanding to solidify votes from the base
