Ipads for inmates

There is no chance this passes through State Senate. Most kids in schools don't have iPads but they want to spend tax dollars on inmates for iPads? That won't fly.

to track their associates, their relationships with their family and friends, who they connect with on the outside, to track what they read, how they read, what they search on the internet, etc............

so ? lol if you're talking with associates about illegal activity on a jail ipad thats there own damn fault lol, just talk to fam and friends and keep it cordial

As much as I like the idea of helping better educate prisoners, this is a dumb idea. Spend the money on teachers and making sure schools have books that are not out of date.
