That's crazy. What kind of dummy would do that. I mean brand new they are 700. On contract it's 399. People really can't order themselves?
You pay 1400. Still wait till release day. Then wait more days for the seller to send it to you. By then you coulda got yours off preorder

Not sold out. They are just sold out of the phones that will arrive on the release date. You can still order any iPhone 5 you wish. You just gotta wait 3-5 weeks for it. Which I doubt because Apple normally ships things out ASAP

I decided against a preorder. Gonns try my luck with a walk in attempt on my lunch break. If I don't get it, o well. More time to think about getting the gs3
if i preordered an AT&T iphone with no contract is that considered unlocked?

Anything you get from a carrier is always locked...
