I got my iPhone 6 back in 2014, and got the 128GB version because I thought it would be more than enough

to last me for a while. It has, but I checked my storage a couple days ago and saw that I only have 13GB left

open for me to use. How much do you guys have left? Do you think Apple will have a 256GB variant

available for the iPhone 7? Should they?
I have 1GB free on the 128 6s

You have 100 gigs of what on your phone. Unlimited data plans and a bunch of free cloud services have kept me using less and less local memory on my phones. I've even used cloud services to cut back on my HD use on my home computers.

The 128's get sold in store so infrequently I can't see 256 being a realistic option

99% of people currently don't need a 128

I think the fact that Apple is killing off its 16GB variant and making 32GB its iPhone 7's standard storage capacity shows that users want more local storage. Not everyone has/wants to use a cloud service.

A lot of cloud services are free. If you don't have or use any you lost.

I believe I still have like 50+ gigs on my 128 i6.

Just checked, 44.7 gbs. I'm good for a while. Initially, I was going to hard dump all my music on teh phone, which would hvae instantly filled up 90+ gigs of the space, I was like, eehhh...I don't need to listen to ALL that shyt on the ready all at 1nce. Plus, Spotify got me on most of the heavy shyt. So I just made some playlists of songs that I can't get on Spotify, which was only a few thousand joints and ran with that as the option. I take plenty of pics and vids too, but I try not to get too carried away just to be space conscientious. No lie tho, I'd quite possibly still get a 256 gig iphone as well tho. I don't like their rip off price tier for the higher gig models for sure, since that's the only added benefit to it, but damn if I'm going for much less. 64 gigs won't cut it at all and I sure as shyt ain't getting no sort of droid phone. My wife has gotten damn near every sort of droid phone over the years. Outside of a bell and whistle here and there, none of them blew me away anywhere near enough to make me convert and I wouldn't want an SD card shyt for my phone anyway. If ever an option, I prefer my storage internally for all pc-like things.

added my whole music library to my iphone, plus kodi, plus got those hacked nba/nfl apps, so I got like 12 gigs left until I backup my pictures.

I got a 64gb 6+ and still have 14gb left. I have a ton of apps and music on it too (granted I change it out every other month, given that I have over a TB of music). How are you all filling up 128gb so fast? :dwillhuh:

You don't need every album and every app installed at once.
