For the brehs buying new phones every year and getting disappointed by marginal upgrades.... then stop getting new phones every year.

I got the Iphone 5.... the 7 is a MAJOR jump from the 5. I'm sure the same will be from the 6 to 8.

Niccas spend all this money on phones, if you get a decent phone you should let it last you for 2-3 years.. dont see the point in rushing

Apple always destroy the sales numbers, even when it was exclusive to AT&T. Once all the carriers got it, it was a wrap. What made Android crush the buildings was their innovation and creativity. Both sides "borrow" from one another, but when it comes to customization and specs? No question Android got that, and I've seen some sick themes from the jailbreak community. The freedom is not even close if you compare Jailbreak and Rooting. It looks like you don't even need a custom ROM now.

What Apple have that's going for them is the Apple name. Apps will go to them first, popularity, bigger status quo, faster updates. They don't have a fragmentation issue like Android have, unless that changed. It's been years since I had a droid.

Blackberry was very big too, and I was on Crackberry forums. When Android first came out, I said watch out for them, they will blow up and end up being neck to neck with the iPhone. I was laughed at too. Talk about I told you so.

How does skipping a gen make you less cool?

I swear man, practically every year a new version of something drops does that mean one has to be that compulsive to buy it every year?

If consoles were being dropped every year would really cop?

I legitimately just don't see point due to wasteful spending (regardless if you have the skrilla or not), usage (most people haven't done everything with they phone in a year and there really isn't anything that much they need on the next year new product that would make they phone obsolete)

1- I disagree since they now are universal and every carrier carries them. I don't believe "no one would've competed" with them if they started off like the that as that's just not how the world or business works.

2- Even if so in another realm shyt did go down like how you're saying but and there was NOTHING but iPhones, that wouldnt be good for no one and all that would happen is the world revolt and no one really wants one..... no urgency or etc
