iPhone Crehs, I need your help (syncing)

Whats good. I have an iPhone 6 and for some reason I have not been able to sync my music properly over the lat week.

Is anyone having this issue? I tried to add some new albums and it goes through a fake sync cycle before not doing any of the changes I wanted.
