That's some bullshyt but Apple's lawyers probably don't get out of bed for no 15k so he might get some free money if they don't toss his suit.
Man how I wish this was true. I actually filed a small-claim lawsuit against Apple for a lil' stankin $600. I still feel that my case was solid and didn't file just to force a settlement, but did feel like it was possibility considering the merits of my claim and the relatively small amount. They did send someone to court and the judge ruled in their favor. Looking back, I did a poor job of articulating my case.
