I have petitioned the president to consider making Nigeria its 51st state. America would get a permanent 8% of all of the goods of the country.

But In exchange for that, he will need to sign into law protections against all of the little loopholes past cops have been able to use to escape justice for taking a human life. And the qualifications needed to govern this brand new state will be that the governor be black. Like real black. Also I’m gonna want to see an endless supply of pawgs. So that means a university will need to be built. And of course Americanize the country. New roads. Bridges.
