This don't make sense, why would they tax money going through cash app? All that money was taxed before hand

Shiet even worse, i read case studies and news articles where people flying through buffalo basically forfeit their cash because they cant 100 percent prove its not illegal or going to be used to something illegal
And then to go to court and proce the money is clean it costs more than the money they confiscated
