Don't know anybody by that name but great artists like K-Rino rate Twista highly while not necessarily being a top 10. Twista is a excellent MC and technically could easily make a list on that basis but overall I wouldn't say so, but I'm not mad at anybody picking Twista, at least he's a great MC.
