Episodic TV series don't last too long as well, can see this not being renewed after season 1 if it already hasn't.

Ashanti can't sing and Ja can't rhyme but they still made classics. If that's not a&ring I don't know what is. Also Irv had a lot to do with DMX and a bunch of shyt outside of Murda Inc at Def Jam. Whether it's finding songs, vouching for signings, etc... dudes a legend and people like him need respect for what he did for the culture.

You can fault him for black and caddy but no A&R signs all superstars. Some artist are going to flop. But his successful acts outweigh the failures.

Look up his history and show some respect for the black executives that held it down for the culture.
