2 kids and wife

Mortgage car notes insurance cable etc (all reoccurring Bill's) about 4500 a month.

Living expenses , going out, kids pre k, etc another 5500 to 6k a month.
There isn't anything wrong with your number but you are living far above your means if your outside activities etc are more expensive than your mortgage breh. What the fukk :gucci:

You mean to tell me you and your wife are shelling out 5750 monthly or 69K yearly on average on stuff that don't involve your household even cars, insurance, cable much. You need to break that down for us a little more. Especially find a financial advisor to assist you with lower your monthly expenses.

I have fairly high expenses too but it's all justified with the services that come with it. For example a cleaning company(lady biweekly), landscaper, collection auto detailing, personally cloud cost, eat mostly all organic, nephew homeschool tuition, personal trainer, monthly massages, personal crypto-mining cost, other hobbies, going out to eat, weekend vacations, giving money to my nuclear family, electronics and bills associated, 1g internet, streaming services shared with several younger family members

All of that plus more that I cannot immediately remember doesn't equate to 5500 a month with a higher monthly mortgage than you not including car insurance, cars payments, mortgage etc. Adding kids into the equation still wouldn't be 5500 if my mortgage, taxes, insurance, etc was 4500.

Please explain in more detail, brehs need to know this for their own sake :picard:

I need to get my expenses down to 1,600 a month for a good stretch. I'm debt free, I just need to expand my savings.

Breh my mortgage is 2700 a month.

I AM a financial planner.

And yes we enjoy life, could we cut back of course but this is what we want to do. Retirement is being maxed out and I have the standard 6 months expenses in savings. Appreciate ur concern but it's good breh. Blessup
