If it were in a basement then yeah that's a grey area but if it ain't. The last they're free to collect $1600

That’s between two adults no kids. In Greenville NC. It’s not too bad etc have lots of extra bread .

I saw a few say they paying $1600 for apartments fukk that you can be living in something like this for that price in NC.
