She'll throw her back out eventually doing that....

Back will be straight trash...

I was doing reps at 445 when I was 18....

....and yes, I did throw out my back eventually. :beli:
So don't do deadlifts? I'm here thinking doing them would strengthen and alleviate some back problems :francis:
No it’s not outstanding 315 for a woman is when I start to notice.
Good and outstanding are different. Many women will never deadlift 1.5-2x their bodyweight

im a power lifter and I know women who are powerlifters or physique competitors they are deadlifting 300+. But 225 for a regular gym goer is cool someone whose a fitness trainer I’d expect more from.

I look at this from a general pop/daily world perspective. Most women walking Earth will envy the physique of the one who eats decent and can deadlift 225. Most men walking Earth don't want to fukk with the man benching 225 or deadlifting 405.

But yes in your circle that ain't shyt :manny:

High reps >>> high weight. At 445 pounds you're way over whatever you need for useful fitness. I was stupid to keep pushing the weight up just because it felt easy to me and I wanted to do as much as I could.

They look like Romanian deadlifts. Not conventional deadlifts.
Sticking her butt out, slow on the way down and not leaving the weight on the floor. Those hit the hamstrings hard.

90% of men can’t do 225lb Romanian deadlift.
