Is $35 an hour enough to make it in San Francisco?

I just moved to San Fran less than a year ago and my job pays about the same... I live in a studio in the mission district for $1300 a month... Thats a steal for SF... I have no car, etc... I am able to hold onto a decent amount of money every month to store in my savings... I don't trick on women, I don't drink, and I don't really go out an binge drink or party really, at all... If you're willing to make some sacrifices it can be done... Luckily I have a well off trust fund female associate who like to buy expensive food from the organic supermarket down the street and cook for me A LOT

I think some nikkas in here don't know how to manage money. You can be comfortable with that. If you don't have auto notes and student loans or child support and all you gotta cover is 1700 rent you'll be straight.

And I peeped studios in that price range and they not in the tenderloin either . I know a nikka like me could work with it. Lucky for me I got a bytch that just moved to soma, she got a whole floor in a tenancy in common building. I could go out there and kick her half the bills and lay up in the p*ssy if I want to get away from NY

chicago is only better in terms of cost of living. everything else terrible weather year round. my friend lives in chicago and hates it







i thought about moving there last year. the streeter building luxury high rise is way less than what i pay for rent
