Yeah whether you like him or not, he made a huge impact on the game and it will never be forgotten. It's one of those things where people say "You had to have been there" and that's how it is with Get Rich or Die Tryin'. You had to be around in that 02-03 period to see how big he was and how no one knew how big he would be.

No. He's been wack since The Massacre.
The only issue he really faces is the fact that he isn't really remembered for much of his music. His impact was big & influental to alot of people - but outside of GRODT & Beg For Mercy his music really didn't hit like that, unless you're talking about sales & stuff like that. Of course there's another side to that - psychological, how people get after you start to get hotter as an artist especially with hip-hop fans - but i don't know.
I will say that he probably will be though. Cuz his impact will be remembered, so will his name/brand & his impact - short or not. But like i said the problem is that his music took the backseat for his business, which i understand, but that's the issue.
But me personally of course i remember it & watched it. Remember the mixtapes, remember his earlier days & stuff like that but the general public & most people only know of the "word of mouth", "famous shyt", "sales" & mainstream stuff - just like with Kendrick & TDE & many others.
To the general public i think 50's story, his business, GRODT & his "beefs" will be remembered, good or bad.
