Is 7am to 3pm the goat work shift?

I don't have a "shift" per se so long as I do 40 hrs. I typically go in around 8:30 and leave around 4:30. If I'm taking my time in the mornin ill do 9-5 but it's less than a 10 min commute so I never have to worry about traffic

But I am looking for salaried positions now to start my career as a business analyst and set times will be a thing of the past.
