So basically the parent paying child support only pays for a portion of day care and the parent with custody pays for the rest of it plus everything else? Are you aware child support is taxed before the parent even receives it?

is the parent that’s paying child support supposed to support the child fully or is it supposed to be split? Because if one parent is giving $900 and the other one is too, I think that’s enough to provide the minimum for a child, food, clothes, daycare, entertainment.
