I like some of 9th's work, but I think he's overrated. He's not anywhere near an all time great. I've listened to entire albums he's produced and I don't really hear anything that compels me to think of him as an all time great. In fact, I'm more moved by Khrysis than 9th. 9th is nowhere near wack, but I don't think he's Top 25 or anything either.
