Is a call center the workplace environment with the most fukkery?

I'm in middle management for a large company and had to pay a visit to one of our support centers today.

I walked in and it was an average age of 25 and mostly black.

Some observations from my short visit:
-girls giving openly me the as I walked by
-two cliques of girls were beefin
-overheard a nikka in the bathroom talking bout trying to keep the fact he's smashing two chicks at the center on the low
-A chick wearing Off White gear tryna stunt on her coworkers
-etc.

And that was in a 3 hour period. The stories the managers were telling me had me like

I guess if you're on the phone all day with angry customers you gotta keep your mind occupied in other ways.

if you think a bunch of broke people sitting around talking shyt = fukkery....how much more extreme can it get when everyone involved has millions of dollars at their disposal

You could be right. I do my job and ignore all the rest. I might make small talk if initiated and keep it friendly but I really got no interest in the drama the rest of thret people mostly have. There might be fukkery but I tend to ignore it. Ain't got time for all that. I'm not a people person. Especially when most of them are much younger and care about drama. I'm too old for that.

This. I would put call center at #3 after restaurant and low tier car dealers.

It's up there. The environment is very much like high school or dare I say middle school even.

Working retail is equal, possibly greater levels of fukkery.

I worked at Circuit City before they closed ( alert), and I swear that was some of the craziest shyt ever. Our guys we had go out to customers houses for home theater installs would have at least a story a week about some fukk shyt that went down. Brehettes offering up the cheeks as a tip, people asking with a straight face for a demo of how to get porn running on the giant TV with surround sound they just had set up. One time a guy just said fukk it and snorted a couple rails of coke with a guy he did a setup for. He was basically his own boss, so nothing was going to come of it.

There was the usual cliques and pettiness, and we had damn near ALL the thots working in out store. There was many a time that the back warehouse/stock area was used for someone getting drilled. One woman fukked one of the managers and basically got a promotion for it. And then when it got too obvious to hide, she basically blackmailed him with the affair that she was actively in to move to another store instead of her. I dirtbagged my way into never working Saturdays or Sundays by palming my managers ass a few times while she was shook up over a divorce she was navigating through.

That's all shyt I remembered off the top.of.my head. There was plenty of other crazy shyt I experienced myself, and countless other shyt my girlfriend sees every day (she's a retail manager). shyt is nuts.

It gets tiring but I'm used to it now.

Plus, I don't really take many calls anymore. I'm a Chat agent for the company that I work for now so the majority of the people that I talk to are via instant message.
