Whats up with people renaming something that already got a name? How to you get glizzy from the word hotdog? Whats wrong with just saying hotdog?

My fam all from uptown/westchester county and they all say Franks, but they part Belizian too so I don't know how much that plays into it.

I swear my other patnas call them franks too though and they from BK and Queens...

I don’t consider hotdogs sammiches. But, would one qualify to be a sammich?

I think most people who think of hotdogs wouldn’t think of it being a sammich. Come to think of it, hot links on a bun is considered a sammich, same with a steak, so hotdogs shouldn’t be any different.

I think I am gonna stick with tradition and keep a hotdog as a hotdog.
