Don't be obtuse. You're a grown ass man.
it was finessed into that disposition over time by those who gained control of the culture.
True but they can't force ppl to buy the shyt. Labels just throw shyt at the wall and that's what stuckit was finessed into that disposition over time by those who gained control of the culture.
Line is wack and in bad taste.
But yes some is, a lot isn't too, the best rappers actually have compassion.
i respectfully disagree with the last part, but it's the kind of thing one has to study so the convo can only go so far...True but they can't force ppl to buy the shyt. Labels just throw shyt at the wall and that's what stuck![]()
Well shyt drop some jewels i don't have anything better to do loli respectfully disagree with the last part, but it's the kind of thing one has to study so the convo can only go so far...
I don't think so. There's a balance to be had between when to be compassionate and ruthless. Look at Pac, he could be ruthless but then we see compassion on so many songs, Brenda's Got A Baby, White Manz World, Can U Get Away, throughout his catelogue. Even Biggie on Miss U, "damn they lost a brother, their mother lost a son'. Nas on Dance, could do this with most of the greats. You're mixing up Passion and Compassion. That shyt'll leave u bein Green in the street [or bleedin in the street or the pockets Or Both]
I don't know what them other dude's talkin about. I mean yeah, The Outsidesiders perverted the culture, a whole lot. But that's becuz they reduced us to our Core. And as human beings that translates into alot of primal reactions

Most normal human beings are multidimensional or you wouldn't feel any care or empathy for anybody. On the streets it's understandable to be guarded, cautious, alert and it's true you can't be a push over or people will take advantage. Some people don't deserve any compassion, but some people do, I'm sure most people here love their mother's for instance, if your mother is going through something serious and you could help but it prevents you from making some money would you help her? The ruthless answer is no, the compassionate answer is yes, that's compassion and love.
There's always a balance and it depends on variety of individual factors depending on who's involved and the situation, they key is to find a healthy balance.
I've helped before, without expecting or wanting anything back and later down the line it actually worked out excellently in terms of what I got back, being ruthless then wouldn't have achieved anything. On the otherhand have had to cut some people off no matter what or how many apologies or excuses etc because can't be around that. Always is balance, but if you lose all compassion for everything you lose your humanity.
Where did this idea that most people are good come from? Christianity? Buddha? White public school teachers who taught you that all of them aren't bad?
Most of the world is in poverty.
Most of the world is violent in some type of fashion.
Most of the world is in conflict.
Most of the world is trying to get over on one another.
Most people in the world just want what they can get out of you.
It's literally always been that way. I just saw Jay Phero diss Africa in front of a bunch of White people just for laughs, and it was very disrespectful at that. nikka probably ain't even been to Africa.
So where does this idea come from? Are you sheltered children finally maturing in the mind or are you just abunch of p*ssy nikkaz? I don't get it
I don't think the idea came from anywhere but self awareness of our own evil thoughts.
I have some bad thoughts but in not a bad person. And I would think most ppl feel the same way, but that doesn't mean everyone has the same compass or cakes it applies to.
