Has he made mistakes and some poor decisions? Yes, he absolutely has. However, that roster is not good and the QB is terrible. People are too quick to write off first year head coaches. At the end of the day, you need talent to win in the NFL, and that team is lacking there.

You're not wrong but that's what makes it even more imperative to be buttoned up. The end of the half fake punt/run out the clock situation, taking a timeout on 4th & 1 at your own 35 in the 4th before you punt anyway, etc - those things have nothing to do with talent and are the kind of blunders that spark these discussions.
Of course, and that’s no excusing him from certain decisions he’s made. However, you can find yourself in those positions more often when you have a significant lack of talent, especially when it’s at QB.
I felt like Mayo didn’t do a great job last year, but he also had a rookie QB and a roster devoid of talent. I just think people write players and coaches off too early sometimes, although the Glenn criticism may be valid.
