Rodgers team is going to the playoffs, that roster shyt is a weak excuse; they don’t have money tied to many players and they been drafting in the top 10 for over a decade. Foh with all that caping, this is just a bad coach in a bad organization.

What do players have to do with that drive before half time?

Yes, Rodger's TEAM is going to the playoffs. The Steelers are better than the Jets without questions.

You can absolutely criticize Glenn for that drive before half-time while also still recognizing that coaches have some bad moments and that his roster is almost barren of any real talent. I'm not saying he's a great coach, but I'm not going to write off a coach six games into his first season with Justin Fields as his QB.

Look how long the Chargers let Anthony Lynn stay despite making probably the most critical mistakes out of any coach I'd seen during his tenure as head coach of the Charger.

Nathaniel Hackett level incompetent.

If you don't trust your QB to throw the ball(and it's clear as day they don't), why in the fukk is he still your starter?

They win in London yesterday if Glenn yanks Fields for Taylor.

Jets roster is buns but if he doesn't pull Fields he gonna be on the street and deservedly so. Same thing going on with Pete and Geno tbh :beli:

Looks like another Jerod Mayo situation
Nah, Glenn's getting at least two years no matter how bad the Jets are. Woodrow ain't eating that 5 year contract.

Mayo I think only got the job because he was contractually obligated to do so when :beli: retired, Kraft probably wanted Vrabel from jump street

WTF was he thinking here? Even after that score it was a ton of time still left on the clock. Now the meme is gaining legendary status after each loss :snoop:
Like breh you are the head coach.... the game wasn't over. Glenn was a great Jet, belongs in the ring of honor but those days are over. Be the HC, not a cheerleader

Here's the problem. Yes the Jets are a bad team and Aaron Glenn is a bad coach the other problem is he is unnecessarily antagonistic to the media out here which is bad business. As a head coach you are also an executive at the same time. The NY media has a lot of influence on Woody Johnson fair and while I am not saying he needs to kiss their ass, he doesn't need to be hostile especially when they were giving him the benefit of the doubt initially. For Glenn it's not always what he does but how he does it.

That Broncos game was winnable.

everyone turned on him the minute that Bucs game ended and he told the world "this ain't the same ol Jets" and then got chippy with the media cuz he thinks the media's out to get him and the team.

Jets media can be straight up a$$holes, but he's fallen into every Jets coach trope within 6 weeks. They're working with what you're giving them and you're giving them 0-6. They've seen games where the team didn't show up, penalties everywhere, no accountability when someone fukks up (other than cutting Gipson), all the shyt Glenn railed on when he took the job.

Three things are really working against him:

1. their first 6 games were BRUTAL (even the Miami game was tough since they never win there) and the Jets almost won three of them. The schedule gets a lot easier though, so Glenn can still wind up where everyone expected him to be.

2. they don't have a QB to place hope in the way the Giants have with Dart (and that matters cuz they're in the same building and while the Jets are getting their ass kicked with no franchise QB in sight, the Giants found their white savior.

3. Glenn inherited the longest playoff drought in sports and it looks nowhere close to ending. Glenn wasn't the cause of that, but he inherited it and that's hard for any coach let alone a rookie coach in NY.

Only Jets game I saw in full was the one against the Bucs and he wasn't THAT bad in that game

The worst coaching display I ever saw in a game was Hue Jackson when he was with the Browns. When they played the Eagles I just remember thinking Hue was the worst coach I ever saw even accounting for the talent disparity

Honorable mentions go to Urban Meyer and Rich Kotite. It's probably a lot of other irrelevant ass coaches that only last a couple months into a season I'm forgetting about

I think he missed on the staff and the O Line is horrendous. They aren't scoring and they aren't stopping. I dunno what he didn't carry over from DET but maybe he should have done whag Johnson did and handled the D himself and hired a learning coordinator.

I think the QB coach was plucked for OC, but the O Line time to sack is like 5s or whatever and that's accounting for scrambling. Makes sense they can't get anything going.

Does it? They beating Carolina Sunday? That's no guarantee. Why would I think they're winning at Cincy? Their QB can't complete a forward pass. Any game they win is a miracle.
