Why do they get paid less then men?

Women use to get paid less than men because its a mans job to support his family so they paid a man more. This is old school they don't do this anymore at most jobs.

I just do it out of habit at this point. I had a point of self-realization the other day, after I waited for this girl behind me to exit the elevator.

What's the point of it? In what way is it polite or kind?

What does she gain by walking out ahead of me?

Its just being a courteous man which is rare nowadays.

Despite what society says, women are the fairer sex and as a man you should look out for them by evening doing something as simple as letting them in the elevator before you or holding the door.

being polite without expecting anything in return gives me good vibes. it's a welcome reprieve in a world where you have to be cautious over whether the slightest glance from someone you don't know means it's about to pop off or not.

some things are clearly simpin, like when you see some random chick with the donk of the day in front of you at the lunch spot and you offer to pay for her lunch. that's real thirsty.

Depends. There's courtesy. Nice people can show courtesy.

this is not about secretary vs. construction worker or educated vs. non-educated. a woman on average earns less than a man in the same position, same as a black person on average earns less than a white person in the same position.
