He turned down China for the D-League and he asked for his release because he wasn't getting enough minutes. I think Josiah Turner did the same thing and now he's a 8th man in the D-League. He should've just went overseas to China right away, they play no D there and he would've made 500k.

Nate Robinson is an incredible athlete... You only see a guy like that once every 10 years or so that size that can compete at the highest level.

Aquille Carr would be smart to start apologizing to everyone, and make his way overseas to get paid. Maybe a new agent that can mend fences, would help.

I think he just consistently overrated his value. He had some eligibility issues, and decided he was going to skip that and play overseas... He had decent (money) overseas offers from lower tier teams that would have paid decently, and blew them off after playing on the "legends tour" with the washed up pros out there.

He moves to the d-league to 'prepare for the draft' but thinks he's not getting enough minutes so he asks for a release.

I don't know if he's getting bad advice, or isn't taking good advice... but he's gonna be playing in streetball summer leagues instead of making a paycheck soon.
