How you gonna be scared of American gang members when one of the highest ranking gang leaders in the whole country is Chris Brown and that seizure having midget lil wayne is also a high chief. I can't take them serious at all. Gangs are now being eradicated by gentrification. You see white hipsters unafraid of riding their retro bike down to the local coffee shop in the hood now. They have nothing to fear because the city ensures that the police is making sure that the "renovation" goes over smoothly by actually doing their job now just against poor folks. Combined with those with money are trying to move them out. Gang members usually appear pretty powerless and neutered in these circumstances. They're out there killing folks and terrorizing folks when the city acts like they don't give a fukk about said area but are easily moved out of the way when there is money to be made.
