Is anyone else able to sleep in any loud background noise?

I fall asleep with bright lights, music, movies, podcasts you name it
People that need absolute silence and darkness to sleep annoy me lol

I also add ear buds to these when sleeping

Unless I'm completely tired, I need to fall asleep to brown noise, a podcast or a rain audio track.

If I lay in complete silence, my mind never shuts down and keeps me awake. Probably why I had problems falling asleep as a kid

Nah. I need total darkness and silence under a big ass cover. I want it so dark I can't tell if my eyes are open or not

Funnily enough I can sleep next to construction noise or loud music but if there's a bird chirping I can't.

Yes to a loud fan or rain, etc; no to TV. It’s not even the sound, it’s the bright light from the TV. I can’t do loud sounds at night either tho really. I’m a very light sleeper tho so pretty much anything wakes me up except the fan, rain, etc but I also can’t sleep without any sound.
