It's not so much being a obvious bandwagon dude who ran to the sure fire team. It's talking shyt to the other die hard sports fan bases acting like you been through the trenches with Miami and now y'all benefitting on the fruit of your labor. Besides primetime being a liar I don't find myself arguing with the 4 heat fans that was here fromthe jump. I got to go back and forth with ex cavs and raptor fans. Or some dudes who live in ny or Cali calling themselves heat fans. Where is manhood? Smh

I don't get why the fukk yall is so concerned about Heat fans... of course there's gonna be bandwagoners when you have arguably the best player come to your team. Of course there's gonna be bandwagoners when you win 58, 46, and 66 games the past 3 seasons. Of course there's gonna be bandwagoners when you win 2 straight championships
I could go all day about it. I could make bandwagon Clipper, Celtics, Knicks threads if I wanted. But I don't. There were Heat fans before 2010 whether you wanna believe it or not. Just like there were Celtics fans during the lone Paul Pierce era, just like there were (very few) -Clipper fans when they were horrible. And even tho I don't like Laker fans, at least they stayed during the Kwame Brown and Smush Parker days with Kobe. There's still more Heat haters than bandwagoners as far I'm concerned
And may I need to bring the GOAT teams into this? Almost everyone rooted for the Bulls/Jordan.

The thing with these "fans" is that they talk trash too, I mean I've stated various times that I ride for the Knicks since 93 but I support other teams based on players/their style of play: these last years it's been the Lakers and the Bulls, mostly, also the Spurs. But I don't talk trash or whatever when those teams win, because they're not MY team.
how can you spot the fakes when everyone trash talks?
As a lifelong and long suffering Knick fan.......whoever wants to jump on our "bandwagon" should get their mental health checked for destructive personality disorder.

I was just saying what I see as a difference between annoying bandwagoners and "regular" bandwagoners tbh. Which is logical, the new converts are always the loudest ones.
Also, I've been following the NBA for nearly two decades and I sincerely believe that the vast majority of Miami "fans" appeared in 2010, and will disappear if Bron goes somewhere else. As a die-hard Knicks fan, it's hard for me to respect that, since we've been sticking with the team no matter what. I think most Heat fans are just Bron disciples.
There's fans for every team. As other people said the best teams usually will have fakes. It's just suck when the fakes label a fanbase. Unless you're the Kings or some shyt everyone has real fans.

Oh no doubt, it's just that in my experience the Heat fanbase was more/less non-existent for a number of years, and now all of a sudden they're all bumping their chests. Granted, same thing would happen if Bron went, for whatever reason, to Sacramento.
