It's a compliment if the woman is actually trying to get married. Telling a man she can see herself building a family with him is a positive. Now if she's saying that but not looking to settle down or on bs then...

It's some women who wasted their prime years by getting with the wrong men or getting pregnant by said man. When that guy doesn't want to settle down the woman looks back and sees she doesn't have those type of options to get married to the man she wants, so she will give the guy who she wouldn't dare give a chance in her prime the opportunity to try again.
If a woman wants to marry you because you're the last option run for the hills.
