Is anyone else willing to pay more to avoid patronising business with bad customer service

Bad customer service is a no no to me. I would rather pay premium price to avoid fukk shyt.

nikkas be out here tolerating shytty service and attitude because it's cheap/cheaper:hhh:
Same. I be paying extra by driving to the whole next town over just to eat at chain restaurants cause the ones around me have trash service with a hint of :mjpls:

Also, I pay a ridiculous amount for my haircuts because of my need for consistency and good service. I refuse to go the cheapo $25 dollar route just for barbers to not be in when I'm ready, or for barber to not answer my phone msgs, or to be treated rudely, or to be forced to talk about stupid sht while in the barber chair.

I also prefer fancy menswear spots (1000$ suits/ $600 blazers) because the service is so damn good that I could literally cry when leaving the store. I ain't never going to a men's warehouse again...:mjcry:

If you treat whoever is serving you like a human being instead of your slave, you get better service.

I'm just saying.
It's not this black and white. Some people just have stank attitudes. Or they had a bad customer so now they taking it out on you.

On the topic, I won't go back to establishments where I had bad service the first time I go there.

It is that black and white. The reason most service people have stank attitudes is because of how they're treated by customers.

I don’t shop anywhere that has bad customer service and if I do encounter it I make sure to let the manager and general manager know so that person can be fired.

I’m not paying my money or spending a second of my time interacting with someone that makes my shopping experience unpleasant.

If you don’t like your job, find a new one.

I cut out all but one Korean spot for bad customer service.

I don't have any issues with black spots even if they have to charge more to get by, I'll repeat business no problem.

This can be applied to anything. Not just a job. This reasoning is used by racists, women who hate men, etc. Decent people treat people as individuals. Not based on how someone else treated them.

Sure, but we're talking SPECIFICALLY about people performing a service and if a customer has a bad experience, it's usually the fault of the customer who, for whatever reason, doesn't treat the person serving them with decency.
