Wait a minute. You're gonna have to clarify what you mean by "financially free".
True. All it takes is another financial crisis or bank collapse for people who thought they were free to start working again.

Unless you live completely off the grid like the Amazonians and alike, we will all be slaves to money.

Brooklyn keeps on taking it.

what does this mean? $0 dollars in debt and savings?

If so that would be me. Plus my car is not old and paid off.

But I do not own property. So I’m saving for that now. Don’t know when I’ll be able to own something but my goal is to own by the time I’m 35 and hopefully it will be a 15 year mortgage.

Before house and kids I had paid down all loans and saved 15% of take home pay for several years. Family is expensive though and requires sacrifice. I also started a business and that weighed on me for a few years though the income helps offset the outflow. I am aiming to be free again in 10 years.

can you fly to miami 3 times a year and not pack a bag ?:francis:

Not sure what does this means but I technically already do this easily since I have family in southern Florida but I have no debt and have a good amount of money in savings that could help me for a few months if I lost my job.

now I’m just focused on starting to invest and save for property.
