That arc expanded on the Nen System, the first time Gon and Killua had some real fights, plus we got to learn some more about his pops. It's dope as hell to me. If you wanna skip it though you'll be waiting for awhile cause the Ant Arc after is long as shyt.

Not exactly, But they're always featured in the storyline. They are mostly Kurapica's foes though.
