Is Battlefront being a critical flop the most depressing gaming shyt of the '10s?

Are people really surprised. These are the same idiots behind Battlefield 3, 4, and Hardline (I believe they made Medal of Honor as well which was another critical/commercial flop). These morons haven't made a great game since Bad Company 2. EA is the perfect example of why executives and business people shouldn't interfere or intimately involved in creative endeavors. I can literally picture an EA exec standing over a programmer breathing down his neck while he's working.

They have alot of money so they know how to make a trailer, they know how to market a game. But when you actually play the thing it's not fun.

Na, was expected. Shooter like that with no single player already had marks against it for most people. Always assumed it was gonna be the hype about it being star wars that would make it succeed.

Of course an idiot like you would reply to me with a post like this... Campaign is what made the first to Battlefront games popular. And also Halo 5, Fallout 4, Bloodborn, Metal Gear Solid 4,etc all disagree. Especially Halo 5.

Whenever I see posts like that, it's clear dudes don't play the fukking game.

I don't think BF4 is as fun as BF3 (I also didn't think BF3 was more fun than BC2) but the core gameplay has not changed. BF has in general has a longevity that COD cannot reach.

As far as Battlefront, I'm having fun with it. It actually doesn't feel like a Battlefield reskin at all. Not many gameplay elements from Battlefield carry over.
