Is Battlefront being a critical flop the most depressing gaming shyt of the '10s?

I gotta say fam, movie coming out, new park coming out at Disney world, a dope ass game would be the holy trifecta. Especially with this being the first BF direct sequel in like a decade. But EA put they magic on it and turned it into a limited souped up heap of boring. If they just ported Battlefront from the fukking PSP, it would've been more fleshed out and developed. This was the potential GOTY and one of the only things that was gonna really stop Fallout (other than fukking Persona, fukk Atlus and Sega)

Its decent to pick up and play but gameplay wise they just didnt go deep enough to make it its own world, if that makes sense. They put a lot of cliche star wars shyt in there that fans like but just didnt go deep enough with customization and different gameplay style options.

They probably wanted to but just werent given the time or the budget given the release of the film.

gameplay, its actually worse than beta believe it or not.. game will be dead by new years. Doesnt have the lasting power of battlefield 3 or 4
