This is why I'm excited for the new kanye clothing line I get to dress down so I don't stand out but I also pay rich people prices to upkeep my vanity :ohhh::usure::mjcry::russ::troll:

I like to dress simple as that... plus my father, on the occasions that he has the chance to, dresses nice. Some would consider that flashy. I grew up watching dudes like Morris day and thought that shyt was fly. Saw the max Julian and that shyt was clean... don't see the problem with dressing nice and flashy

Depends on the situation. I feel like dressing flashy is fine. But being flashy in certain places can be tacky. Like you shouldn't be flashy at a funeral, kids play, graduation.

This is the singer Jaheim at Whitney Houston's funeral. He wasn't allowed to come in.

I have always liked/loved fashion, but I have always dressed for myself. Some people might consider it flashy sometimes, sometimes it is an attention grabber but that's never the purpose. I'm not looking for attention. I just have my own style and I like to look nice. Plus I've been told I carry myself a certain way so it doesn't matter what I have on.

If I am going to a social type thing. I never want everyone to look at me, but if they do look I'd want it to be like :leon: Does that make sense? Lol

I never looked at clothes as a way to make me more desirable to people, just talking style wise. Of course as a women something revealing will get attention.

A cry for attention or merely an act of individuality?

I debate this with myself a lot.

I can go both ways. Sometimes I want to be seen and "stunt".

Other times it's literally just what I'm wearing that day.

What say you?

Men and women?

Are you wearing your clothes for God or the people is my question.
