^This is one of the biggest crocks of shyt ever.

"I lift weights for myself" :smugfavre:

No nikka, you don't. :stopitslime:

nikkas work out so that when other men see them they respect them , and when women look at them they are attracted to them. If they didn't have to lift weights for either one of those things to happen, unless hey were a pro athlete of some sort, then they wouldn't. Like Chappelle said "if a man could fukk a woman in a cardboard box, he wouldn't buy a house" , same shyt goes for working out. They wouldn't be putting in work a the gym if broads were throwing the box at them if they were built like Pharrell. Our city CNA is damn near Kevin Hart height status but he's got an entire city shook , 6ft+ 200lb+ staffsmen running his errands and calling him sir, thanking him for his time, and got a harem of corporate chicks at his disposal, and dude doesn't look like he can dead lift 100lbs. :mjlol:

Dudes really need to stop with the "it's for me" bullshyt. That a false ideology. 99% do it for validation from other people, which affects how they feel about themselves. That's the real reason.
i think it could be a mix.you could do it for validation of others and the feeling of being able to play sports/fight/etc without feeling like you're gonna die cause you're :flabbynsick: status.

How short we talking :mjcry:

5'4-5'7. Those dudes grind out harder than a lot of guys in the gym and they still don't get chose out here.
The stuff I hear people saying about them. :wow:
And it matches up with how they're treated in life. :wow:

Whenever, I work out at the park, performing body weight workouts, single mothers be looking my way, smiling and gossiping. It feels good to be in the best shape. All that hard work did pay off for mi, but there's more to come in the near future

Brehs, that don't work out. WORK OUT! You'll regret it!

You are correct. 70% of why i workout is for vanity reasons and to look good for the opposite sex. No shame in my game to say that. :manny: Obviously its more to it than that, but my MAIN motivation is for the ladies and its paid off.

At the end of the day, in my opinion it doesnt matter WHY you're working out. Everybody is different. As long as you have the motivation and discipline to live a healthy lifestyle and are doing it, thats all that matters.

No need to get into arguments or putting the next man down for WHY he or she is doing something. It doesnt matter.

I've noticed that being in shape actually supersedes looks. So, since I wasn't blessed with looks might have to give up the fat life :ehh:

50Cent is a prime example. I dont think anybody would say he's "handsome" but id be damned if the ladies dont love his body

Even if he wasnt rich and famous he would pull top notch chicks off of his physique alone. (Assuming he had SOMETHNG going for himself besides that)

Dropped the info.

The bolded is the reason I typed out what I typed out, because a lot of dudes try to motivate other guys the wrong way. Like a guy will say "Man I want to work out, Im trying to get some girls." and a dude who's got a good physique will come in and say "Nah bro, you need to work out for YOU, dont work out for women" knowing damn well that working out impacts intimate relaionships, and that theory may screw the other guys head up.

shyt, if he wants to work out to get girls, tell him "Aight cool", dap that man up and help him with his sets.

Don't mislead people and give them machiavellian advice, that's a low down tactic, I noticed a lot of dudes try to pull that shyt so they keep the upper hand out here. :smh:

I receive your comment as an example of people noticing your gains before you. That is how I was because obviously you see yourself every day so unless the change is drastic, you don't see it the way that others do. You last sentence is the message.

There are no negatives to being in shape unless your are endangering yourself to get there. I will never endorse being in shape over looks. That's crazy talk.
