And who was he gonna draft? Ingram was a still raw talent that year and Jaylen himself had no jumpshot yet. How many teams could've predicted that Simmons would stop giving a crap about shooting basketball?

Hinkie drafted Jah Okafor who's out of the league. MCW also looks like he don't belong in NBA. Everyone makes a mistake at drafting. Colangelo is a top 5 woat GM though. But it was pretty obvious Simmons was getting drafted at #1 no matter who had the pick.
