Plenty youngsters,male and female take care of themselves. I work out at least 3x a week and what I'm seeing is the 18-35 men/women and 40+ men getting busy while it's mostly the 35/40+ women,black and white that are absent. They show up at the top of the year,vanish and come back when the temperature goes up,only to vanish after 3-5 weeks. No consistency,no discipline.
I was just watching girlfriends they other day and I was looking at how slim the women were back in the 2000's with the natural physique. Now all the women be cheating getting bbls and they tittys done without switching up they diet and going to the gym. Alot of men and women are washed in they 20's and 30's with gen z and some millennials.
Can’t relate. I’m in my early 30s but I often get mistaken for been 16-18 
Gen X is also a lot older. Gen X is mid to late 40's to almost 60
Nggas is worse than women on that ‘I’m 35 and get told I look 13 
‘A lot of the posters on here are Gen X'ers though and if they're looking mad washed. Millennials won't fare all that much better either considering we doubled down on all their bad habits.
My grandfather died when he was 92
Both my grandmothers passed away when they was in their mid 90s
My grandparents grew up in the south and they own farm and did they own cooking of food
America has become a placed where home cooking isn’t important and u should eat out 24/7 and those places be under cooking the food
Then u add the fact a large number of brothers and sisters today are smoking and drinking way more heavier than folks in the past…
It’s get worse from generation to generation
