My grandparents have lived into their late 80s and 90s. Both my grandmas are 83 and 91 respectively. The 91 year old could pass for her 60s and slender.

Most people eat like shyt now. I hope to live that long.

M grandmother looks exactly like Dorothy Dandridge when she was young in old photos.

and when i knew her in her 80s & 90s she looked like current day debbie allen but with white hair. which at the time i though was exactly how an 80 year old should look, Looking back though, she actually held up really well over the years.

Speak for yourselves. I'm 37 and still get folks saying I look like I'm in my 20s. I don't drink/smoke, I drink water, exercise, get rest, eat fruits and veggies.
