as i said earlier in this thread, golden boy greeny has had his show delayed too because of this. we just skippin facts for "beliefs" now...even when show like FT and their great white hope are having the same hold up?

these delays, IMO, are due to espn's budget issues. when you got your paper right, a big corp gets shyt built, especially a studio set, they're not building a building.
What kind of show is Greenberg going to have? He's overplaying his hand like Bomani is. The machine made Greenberg. No one cares about him

Supposed to be some morning talk show format - haven't paid close attention. It's him, beadle, Damien wordy and jalen rose. And I'm sure it will attract the demographic it's aimed at :manny:

I agree with the calls esp, when he got lazy with that when did you quit football stuff. It was cool for a day or two but once it became a staple it was wack as shyt to me. Maybe others liked it.
Yeah, it really seemed like he was just going through the motions at that point. Like he really didn’t want to be there anymore.

I don't know if he's a bust yet.. the new show could be a good one. And he seems like a really hard-working dude

That being said, I am personally not a fan of his because of his twitter personality. Dude is recklessly condescending toward fans who often times just seem like they want to have a convo. I'm sure he'd say he's just being authentic, it's his brand, he's not gonna filter his personality, etc. ok fine - but if your personality is that of a fukking prick, don't be surprised if you can't seem to find lasting mainstream appeal

South Street Seaport’s Pier 17 will start opening this April

South Street Seaport’s Pier 17 will gradually start opening this April, the New York Post has learned. In October last year, news emerged that developer Howard Hughes Corporation had signed on ESPN to lease 19,000 square feet of space within the SHoP Architects-designed building.

Now the New York Post reports that ESPN will debut its studio at the building in April this year. The ESPN opening will be followed by the debut of the rooftop restaurant sometime this summer—there’s no word yet on who’s running that.

Jean-Georges Vongerichten’s 10,000-square-foot restaurant at Pier 17 will open in the fall, and will be followed by the opening of a Momofuku outpost. This new opening timeline for Pier 17 was accompanied by news that yet another celebrity chef was making his way to Pier 17.

Andrew Carmellini will take up over 11,000 square feet of space at Pier 17. The restaurant will be located either on the first floor or mezzanine level of the development, and is scheduled to open sometime next year.

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
He should have stayed on Highly Questionable and in Miami. He wanted to be in NYC near his brother but that guy is almost 50 and married so let him fly to Miami to see you. Bomani thought he could bounce around to jobs with no falloff like Michael Strahan but he is going to end up assout like Craig Kilborn and Tiki Barber. Tiki just recently started climbing back up. Egos get so big you are not happy with the big opportunity you have and start reaching for even more. Also the boss that liked Bomani is gone now.
this is the problem is 99% of media, they think they are bigger than the show/outlet. only 1% really are, the rest find out the hard way

most people on espn, fox, cnn, other major outlets... they have a show that is huge or a network that is huge. then they want to believe it's them. that they can just leave or move the time and everything will be fine. the fans will follow.

the fans don't give two fukks. if they replace you tomorrow, they watch and listen whoever is there. skip bayless saw it happen, conan o brian, his and hers show, howard stern leaving radio, o reilly, megyn kelly, etc etc...

it's very rare an audience will follow you. especially as a reporter where you aren't important as the actual news. and the news can be gotten from anywhere. you really have to shine for someone to only want to hear the news from you

He said its too violent for kids...my 6 year old nephew thought it was too violent. But like I told Bomani, My nephew goes to a church where they thought it was cool to show them the Passion of the Christ in children's church....:francis:

Interesting... He's been making appearances on Lebatard's radio show the past couple days. I heard him by chance yesterday and at the end of the segment, Dan was like "oh man we didn't get to ask you about Black Panther" and Bo's response was something along the lines of "my opinion ain't what you think it would be, you'll find out tomorrow"

He's also back on the radio every week here in Raleigh where he got his start, he comes on with Adam and Joe for a segment every Friday for those in the area

He gave it props, he wasn't cool with the idea of taking young kids to go see it.

I remember back in 2013 or so when he was the hottest up and coming star in the business. Was suppose to be bigger, smarter than Stephen A. Was a star with Lebetard, radio show, podcast, his writing was incredible.

4 years later

His radio show got cancelled
No longer on LeBetard
He's a sensitive emotional wreck on Twitter
He's a feminist
His TV show is struggling to get launched
I haven't heard his name buzzing in years

He might have to pull a LeBron and join PTI or First Take to get sone glory :yeshrug:

hes a feminist :russ::dead:

never liked him

I'm taking my 10 year old to see it. Not my 5 year old.
Yeah I think a 10 year can grasp the idea of fantasy violence. And really there was only one scene that your 5 year old might not like really. It wasn't as violent as Age of Ultron, in my opinion.
